Restricted Donors
A donor becomes restricted once a maximum of 25 live births are reported. Patients who have previously conceived a child from a restricted donor may place orders. This allows for families to grow with siblings from the same donor. A patient who placed an order for a restricted donor must have completed the Live Birth Report. Please check with a team member at the Sperm Bank that a Live Birth Report is on file before placing your order. Orders for restricted donors that do not have a Live Birth Report on file will be cancelled.
